Brian Neves, Architect Senior Principal

Brian Neves joined Bassenian Lagoni in 1995, and manages the Production Department’s multi-family projects. His experience, attention to detail, and unflappable “can do” attitude have earned him the respect of clients and staff alike. Brian’s experience and knowledge of building codes, compliance requirements and constructability helps ensure design solutions that meet the market and come in on budget. His project experience spans the full range of multi-family product types. Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Arts from Long Beach State in 1990. With over twenty-five years of experience in the architectural field, he holds California Architect registration (#C-27441).
